This past spring I had the amazing opportunity to be trained by Organizing For Action (or OFA) in leadership and community organizing. In the six-week program, you meet regularly with a chapter leader/mentor, make a team of friends, and get to organizing!
How to apply:
Interest Form
First things first, visit the OFA website and visit the fellowship page. There, you can enter your name and email address in a form that indicates your interest in receiving the OFA application in February.
Application
If you’ve filled out the interest form, OFA will notify you when the application opens. Once your application has been submitted (depending on your chapter), you will have a brief “interview” with your fellows leader, and will hopefully be admitted to the program! Good luck, let’s get organizing!
